“The refresher course was very useful. However, although I appreciate we all read at different speeds, it felt time consuming at times when moving through the sections having to wait for the next paragraph to pop up. It would have been useful to go through this at our own reading pace and click on continue once we had completed reading the paragraph. It would have also been good to see a refresher on what to recognise and what to do if a patient has a hypo in diabetics.”
