“I thought the course was good and quite demanding, but it’s compliance with an iPad is not good. I’ve done these courses on an iPad many times before, the drag and drop questions are particularly problematical as when you slide the answers you can cause the browser to close the page. This problem has been overcome with other suppliers as they have drag-and-drop programs which are iPad compatible. Congratulations to tech support Steven for sorting out the problem. Cheers Peter.”

“I found the online course really good and the lady doing the voice over was very clear and easy to follow, my only point is when doing the final exam, I got a question wrong, unfortunately you don't provide the correct answer. Overall very good.”

If learners get a question incorrect on an assessment, we do encourage them to go back through the modules and revisit the topics. You can also take the end assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost. I will definitely pass this feedback on though to see if it is something we can look at for the future.
