Hello Michal, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review and feedback. I am concerned that this course might not have been the right course for you. This is very much an awareness course designed for someone that has received practical first aider training. On the website, it states that "This Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) Refresher course will refresh the knowledge of qualified first aiders, where a risk assessment has deemed this level suitable, so they have a fundamental awareness of how to deliver first aid. Taking yearly refresher training is recommended to keep a first aider's understanding up to date in between their required practical training sessions. The course covers a range of fundamental information needed to help emergency first aiders fulfil their role, including primary and secondary surveys, full-body examinations, the recovery position, administering CPR, using an AED, and treating certain injuries." You need to be a qualified first aider. If this is not the right course please contact us as we are able to swap the course if you for you and discuss which course might be best suited. I have stopped your certificate from getting posted tomorrow and I will ask our sales team to give you a ring to see if this is the correct course for you. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. Kind regards, Nicola (Customer Support, High Speed Training)

A lot of the detail about skin (dis)colouration is only applicable to light-skinned people. You need to update your content to include details about darker skin, and possibly give some colour charts to indicate what 'normal' and 'suboptimal' look like.
