“Certainly a full and comprehensive course and content. The option to download information posters is a particular good idea for clubs to display. A lot of slides to work through, so I would say taking notes is a must for the many headings covered to assist in taking the final assessment. I feel a lot more competent now in what my actions should be as a First Aider.”

“to long and easy to loose concentration nowhere near as good as a practical lesson this is just basically read answer and forget if you actually do things practically they will sink in and stick in your mind”
