Good afternoon Lee, Thank you for your review and feedback on our First Aid at Work (FAW) Refresher course, we appreciate it. We really value the opinions of our customers so I've passed your comments onto the appropriate team to see if there is something we can do for future versions of the course. One thing missing to me was inspiring confidence to the First Aider. Ie that this training should hopefully give them the confidence to help or assist and not go beyond the scope of what they are comfortable doing as they are not a medical professional. This, I hope would encourage more people to get involved if a medical situation arises. I think that the doses on Aspirin for angina or heart attacks were confusing as they were quite specific and perhaps for more advanced First Aid? I think that more videos could be used to demonstrate methods and techniques to administer First Aid as some people are more visual learners. Such as; when applying a sling. Perhaps more focus could be on emphasising placing the short and long side to their correct positions accordingly. I think the grammar of the questions and answers could be reviewed as they could be interpreted and perceived in multiple ways. Some of it was entirely guess work. I think this would be useful, especially for people with Autism/Asperges Syndrome. Ie the questions could be reviewed and over simplified to ensure no combating or competing answers. Finally, it would be nice to view to Slide Show/Presentation in Full Screen Mode, like you can do when watching the Videos. Overall, the Refresher Course was simple and easy to follow through.

There's a lot of info to take in but i think many situations would possibly have similar procedures to go through. Very interesting overall though.
