“No ability to change font or colour of text/ screen this has made it harder to read, which for inclusive training isn't very inclusive. Even though there is a recording of the text i prefer to read the text myself.”

“Excellent course. Gave me a great insight into things that managers like myself come into contact with every day but don't think about/come across necessarily. My only comment would be that the exam goes into questions on sex and gender etc. which is unnecessary and difficult to remember. We can always look it up if the situation comes up.”
