“Generally a good course - would be great if this was followed up by a face to face course to grapple with real issues. Found ladies voice annoying - a mixture of voices on different slides or modules would have been preferable to me.”

“The questions and answers are written in a way to confuse the participant. If you misunderstood the question or misread the answer the negative feedback doesn't help. The approach appears aggressive in nature, basically saying you can't make an honest mistake. The course covered a broad spectrum but looking for specific answers. not enjoable”
