“I think my employer has made an error. I deal with Animal By Products in my role not food. They (employer) saw this training as vital/mandatory to my role. I disagree. If however I worked in a food business I would find it useful. However there would need to be a decent baseline of knowledge for someone to benefit fully from this course. I think my employer may be just ticking a box to say staff have been trained. It would be great if training were more relevant to my role. But content and pace of learning was ok for this course. Thanks.”
