“Thankyou for a informative course. Only starred 4 because assessment needs to reflect the trainees exposure to the type of food operation and assess them accordingly. So for example if the trainee works only with with raw material only then, questions need to be relevant to the operations they work in. Probing questions in the assessment and resource material could also be improved relevant to the type of food safety measures to be taken to the type of food manufacturing site. Then, a start up business is there a list of recommended Haccp third party consultants?”
