“I believe the correct answer for question #38 (I think it was) may be wrong? I believe that in the training, it was stated that toxins are a chemical hazard and that was the answer I chose. The response came back that I got it wrong, which suggests that the correct answer was 'hand cream' which is also a chemical hazard. A subsequent online check confirms that a toxin is recognised as a chemical hazard. Also, there is a typo on one of the responses in the training exercise...when you select the correct answer, the response is, 'well sone', rather than 'well done'. fyi”
