“I thought the course was well paced and gave a good overview of mentoring and coaching. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting or wanted since I wanted a course on less formal methods but I guess that's due to my own lack of understanding when booking the course. I think the workbook could be used more effectively as there were some exercises I was unable to do as I am not currently in a mentoring or coaching relationship. The video at the end is useful but could be more engaging showing two different people in a more natural way.”
