Difficult at times but an essential program if you have responsibilities for individuals, male, female, young or old.

Great, easy to use on my mobile too. Providing flexibility to train, when I had 5 minutes.

I was quite surprised by how engaging this style of training was. I would recommend it to others. I did not enter an incorrect answer which suggests the questions might be too easy. It also means I do not know what would happen if one does get questions wrong.

The information at level 1 was concise and informative. It was strongly led by the fact that narrator/s had a noticeably clipped English accent throughout the whole course. Given the nature of the topic, whereby it is heavily loaded with references to multi cultures, I see it that a selection of voices - even if only regional, would not only be inclusive, but also give 'permission' to those specific areas of safeguarding that people will find challenging to understand further or indeed to confront. In addition, it leads to the listener, a warm feeling that 'others' also educate rather than just be cast as victims and / or perpetrators
