“Positives Great content great links Great that you have the voice option Just let it down with the following points ; * There’s no need for the guys vides at the beginning of each module * You can’t print out the course content to be able to refer back to at a later date * Also if your away from your laptop to be able to continue the module you have to go through the process of signing back in again , this can be frustrating * and now due to not being able to print it out I won’t be purchasing any more through you I’m afraid . Such a shame”

I'm afraid we do have to ask people to log back in if they log out as we need to ensure the account is secure in order to get our courses accredited. I'm afraid we also are unable to give access to print the course, this is because there are moving images so it's not something you could print but there is also a big risk of people printing the material and then referring to it in years to come and then referring to very out of date material.
