“Not too bad, but some previous courses that I had completed stated a 5 point process, but in this module it was 4, so got a bit mislead with some parts. But overall the process is the same”

I have had a chat with our content team and they have confirmed that you are correct, there are 5 steps to carrying out a risk assessment and these are covered in the course. We make it clear in the first module that there are 5 steps and across the course all 5 steps are looked at in more detail.
