“Completely unhelpful in our field of work. Feel as if this is just mandated training so if issues occur on site (we can’t use the defence of being untrained) Online training is cheap and unhelpful. You can’t ask questions that pertain to your field of work, you can’t have discussions and dialogues. Really disappointed that this is considered representing your employees best interests”

“Though I understand the training. MOP can react differently outside the scope of this training. This includes threatening behaviour and body language. Weapons. Alcohol. There are many other scenarios that need addressing when in a public facing environment.”
