“Easy to understand course. Useful information about workplace conflict and its resolution. However, my work involves encountering members of the public to enforce planning laws and this course was not specifically relevant to that.”

“Completely unhelpful in our field of work. Feel as if this is just mandated training so if issues occur on site (we can’t use the defence of being untrained) Online training is cheap and unhelpful. You can’t ask questions that pertain to your field of work, you can’t have discussions and dialogues. Really disappointed that this is considered representing your employees best interests”
