“Hi found it very helpful on how the course breaks down the key components on Confidence, like what is considered good & bad, making it clear what actions a person may be implementing negatively into their day to day habits/routines and then being able to identify it and make a clear change. My only remark would be if this course had a more human element where I would be on a video call with an individual to have a brief talk about confidence and get a chance to see how someone else deals/carries themselves with confidence.”
