“Lots of details early on are not needed, and their inclusion increases mental load and makes it harder to understand the essential info. Difference between ESO and FSO is unclear, and the thorough covering of regional differences is a little overwhelming. Mostly this is true for the first overview module - the modules covering each topic are reasonable enough. An instruction to stop and ask if the viewer knows all the allergens which must be reported by law does not create cognitive need, instead acting as an interruption. I had to go look up what Lupin is, because it is not something I have encountered in the UK before. The scenario involving bringing a dog to work is not detailed enough to say that the dog poses a health risk, because whilst the illustration shows the dog inside the food storage area, the text just says the dog is in a general shop area which could conceivably be well separated from any food handling, preparation, or storage areas. The discussion of anaphylaxis seems to try to make a distinction between allergic reactions and anaphylaxis, but the list of symptoms is very broad and given as a large list. Generally, I think the biggest problem here is bombarding the viewer with information that's highly detailed and not actually that important to directly retain, because it harms the ability to absorb the stuff that matters.”

Hello, Thank you for your review and feedback, we appreciate it. We really value the opinions of our customers so I've passed your comments onto the appropriate team to see if there is something we can do for future versions of the course. Thank you again and we wish you all the best in the future. Kind regards, (Customer Support, High Speed Training).
