“I feel the start of the course should have disclaimer about using the term woman/women as you start by using the reference people, but I am a Cis woman and don't feel that I should be addressed differently either. It's women that are affected. I'm not being pedantic, and I applaud you for including all women, but feel that first slide should change. It would also be good to have a shorter version of the ceruse to present to the wider team.”
