“When i got a question wrong there wasn't a way to see the correct answer, so even though I've passed the test I still don't know the correct answer.”

Hi, thank you for your review and feedback! The reason we don’t show the correct answer if you have answered a question incorrectly is that we want to encourage our learners to recap the areas where they went wrong to ensure they fully understand the material. You can also take the end assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost. I will definitely pass this feedback on though to see if it is something we can look at for the future. Many thanks! “this is a very contradicting course .managers supervisors are mentioned a lot where as maintenance staff generally do isolations and lotto systems .”

“It would be better if there were questions on the HSWA years etc. Also some of the slides show a particular type of multi hasp device which I understand are no longer legal as they can be bypassed.”
