I think the photos of the people you use in the course are all of younger people, I don't see any older people in any of them. I'm 59 and doing this course to help me in my work. But otherwise, if was a very good course with clear concise information.

I found the course to be very beneficial to me. A lot of the course was using your own common sense. The course explained a lot of things that I didn't know about. The information in the course reminded me of some of the jobs I have had in the past and how I treated customers was the proper way and also to treat people with respect.
