“I would appreciate a pause button because during the training I received a number of calls and could not stop the programme which meant I had to shut the programme down due to background noise distracting from the phone conversation. Apart from that issue the training programme was well thought out.”

I'm sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others!
