The course was designed amazingly, it was simple to navigate and the questions were easy to interpret. Each section being broken down into separate, well explained modules gave above adequate information to allow me to have a footing when it comes to customer servicing. It was also a reasonable price at £30 (incl. VAT) and gives a life-term qualification that can be used in a range of environments!
