“I don't see why I had to put in so many security question answers for a training platform, this wasted a lot of time which I cold have used doing something else. Some videos did not play and I could then not fully answer the associated questions, but when attempting them I noticed it did not matter as the course content continued, which made me feel the videos can be skipped There was a module about school procedures and the mental health aspect of having allergies but zero questions about this in the assessment”

Hello Simon, Thank you for your review and feedback, we appreciate it a lot. We ask you to create your security questions so that you have the ability to reset your own password going forward. You only have to set this up once so you shouldn't have to do this again unless you reset your password at some point. It sounds as though your browser may have been struggling if someon of the videos weren't playing, please try a different browser and if you still continue to have an issue let us know and we can assist you over the phone. “Very good package. Thank you. I have initiated changes to the way we run our operation as a direct result of what I learned in this training package. I think the package should highlight that trainees can select different speeds of delivery as I found the default setting proceeds at a tedious pace.”
