“It was a very good experience, and I learned a lot about allergies and how to react in case of an allergic reaction. The training provided clear and detailed information about different types of allergies, including food allergies, environmental allergies, and anaphylaxis. I now understand the symptoms to look out for and the importance of acting quickly. The hands-on practice with using an epinephrine auto-injector was particularly valuable, and I feel much more confident in my ability to respond to an emergency. Overall, the training was informative, engaging, and practical, ensuring that I’m better prepared to handle allergic reactions effectively.”
