“A very informative course and easy to follow. In the 17 & half years we have been open we have never had less than a 5* rating but this course has opened my eyes to a few things. Every member of the team has done the High Speed Training Food Safety & Hygiene Course; in house training etc. We will now look at their responsibility during an inspection. Great course highly recommended.”

“Very good course, useful reminders too. One thing I did notice unlike my other HST courses I often had problem if I left the course to view a resource, the course seemed to close and I had to go back to my learning instead and start from there- not a problem though and of course it could have been my PC or me the operator!!!. Another very useful course though from HST, Thank you”
