“I give this course a 5 out of 5 simply because the training information was very helpful, concise, easy to follow, common sense and relevant. I think the questions on the rescuing of the person falling from the roof during the rain needs a little thinking through as it didn't really ask any questions to let you properly identify what the colleagues role was other than to call the Rescue Team Leader. I think there should be a bit more emphasis on what the colleague who has witnessed the fall or who is first on the scene of the fall can do, especially since 'Suspension Trauma' with long-lasting negative life-changing impact can occur within 3 minutes of the person being suspended; of which 'for whatever reason' the Rescue Team Leader may not arrive within that time.”
