Hi Daisy, Thank you for your review and feedback on our Level 2 Food Hygiene For Retail course. Unfortunately, you can't skip the course straight to the assessment. The course material is something you will need to read through in order to prove that you are fully competent in the course you are completing and also be updated on any changes in legislation etc since the last time you completed the course. We would be going against CPD and all training requirements if we issued a certificate to someone who hasn't fully completed the course.
