“For the purpose of the assessment the course was effective and covered all areas thoroughly and was well presented. The one issue I have was with regard to planning time to take the course and assessment. I read somewhere prior to carrying out the learning that the course would take approximately 2 hours. If you allow for the voice over, this is not possible. 4 hours would be more appropriate.”
