“This course would be important for people who are working in food preparation, restaurants, cake shops, cleaners etc., where food is prepared - for professionals in any form of food preparation or handling/storing of food - fresh or otherwise. For people who are not handling fresh unwrapped food or in any way involved in food storage or preparation, a lot of the modules are not relevant.”
