“The course was well presented, easy to follow and very informative. I believe that with our planet now being on RED ALERT regarding climate change, it is vital that all processes taught must include environmentally friendly practices. This is especially true within the realm of Food Hygiene and Safety - processes such as separating waste, recycling, using biodegradable non-hazardous cleaning materials and equipment, composting (not sending food to landfill) and emphasising how important it is to follow Food Hygiene and Safety processes to PREVENT unnecessary food wastage - something that is unacceptably high especially in our consumptive western world.”
