“In the exercise of the industrial oven cleaner we are asked to advise on "which would be the correct extinguishing media to use when putting out a fire" The safety data sheet clearly states "use a carbon dioxide (Co2), foam extinguisher, or, dry chemical extinguisher. When selecting either the carbon dioxide or the dry chemical extinguisher, both tell you that you are "INCORRECT" in your answer, this is misleading.”
