“Death by powerpoint. For the love of god allow customers to skip slides and jump straight to the assessment if desired. The assessments are not particularly effective at assessing competence and understanding anyway. Many of the answers are easily worked out without any prior knowledge of the subject matter. It's almost as if you have a vested interest in passing as many people as possible... Aside from making the assessments more challenging, please provide some interactive elements beyond multiple choice. Your approach feels extremely dated.”

Hi Samuel, thank you for your review and feedback. Unfortunately, you can't skip the course straight to the assessment. The course material is something you will need to read through in order to prove that you are fully competent in the course you are completing and also be updated on any changes in legislation etc since the last time you completed the course. We would be going against CPD and all training requirements if we issued a certificate to someone who hasn't fully completed the course. Kind regards (Customer Support, High Speed Training)
