Hi Ashley, thank you for your review and feedback. I'm sorry you had issues with resetting your password. Sometimes this can happen if you have saved login details, every time you reset the password and go to log back in the system may be auto populating an old saved password so it might be worth going to the settings on the device you are using and delete any passwords that are saved to the High Speed Training website.
