“This course has been very clear and helpful. It would be more beneficial to be able to choose the areas that reflect those required within the workplace. I did not require most of the, ‘aids’ as an exercise instructor, however it was interesting to know what’s available!”

“I thought that overall this training was informative and effective. I would however find it more useful if it included video footage of examples of the techniques explained as I sometimes found it hard to picture what was being described.”
