“The Course Syllabus is very good and the questions use the same terminology which makes learning simple. The course contents are reinforced in a way that does not make you switch off out of boredom. I could not do the click and drag answers to a question as my body upsets techno stuff. The HSTraining staff were very impatient, rude and realky did not want to help me with my problem. The inference being that nobody else had experienced problems with their IT so i was just an idiot. I complained but sadly the top person in charge was just as unpleasant.”
