“Good training on the whole. With regards to the section about race, I think it would be useful to provide more depth and examples regarding concepts such as microaggression. As a person of colour, microaggressions have been the most prevalent issue I've faced in the work place, as opposed to direct discrimination. I also think it's a concept that people struggle to understand or are most unaware of.”
