“In general I found the course good but sadly it included, usually by omission, stereotyped information, ie I found the examples unbalanced. For instance, two religions are highlighted but perhaps it would be a more inclusive option to, in italics, say something like “the major world religions “, with those then listed as the drop-down information. It was also a pity that no mention is made of the rationale for reasonable adjustment, nor of the advisability (except quite late in the course, and acknowledging that it is not a requirement) of letting managers or HR departments know if there are issues that may impact on perceived performance.”
