“Frequent reference is made to "British passport holders only" being an example of race discrimination, implying that British passport holders are white. This is incorrect and so this should be reworded. The religion section was good. However, there should be reference to provision of Islamic finance options (e.g. Shariah compliant pension funds) as these are some of the most common problems faced by Muslims in the workplace, as many Muslims will refuse to take a pension because their employer uses a pension provider which does not have Shariah compliant options.”
