“This was a very helpful course and particularly helpful in the rapidly changing areas around sexual orientation, gender which I have found confusing previously. I think some of the questions in the end of course assessment are too easy. I can see why you do not want to set the bar too high, not everyone needs to be an expert but at the same time, it should male us think. I liked the examples of good practice set out in the videos. This whole subject can make people feel that it is there to catch people out whereas it is about showing how to treat people fairly and this is a positive mindset.”
