I found one of the questions a bit misleading as it gave two examples humiliating photos and stealing people's belongings as non-verbal bullying. It was difficult to decide which example to choose, so I got the question wrong. The course was comprehensive and covered what we need to know. I clicked the link to find out more about gender terms and it took me to the ACAS website. When I clicked gender reassignment it had a document to download. I think it would be easier to just have a page where the information is there for you to read. I know there are lots of different terms and was interested to find out more. Also I found it annoying that the term non-binary was used and not explained I don't know what this means but I will look it up to find out. Is the term pregnant person really necessary?

Hello Moira, Thank you for your patience. As promised I have spoken to our content team about your feedback. They have asked if you would be able to confirm which question you are referring to so they can have a look into this. They wanted me to explain that 'Pregnant person' was the term used by our specialist who helped create our LGBTQ+ course and is purposely used to cover the fact that trans people can be pregnant. They have said that they will add in 'hover over' definition to try and make this a little clearer. Congratulations on completing your course! If you need anything in the future at all, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. All the best, Nicola (Customer Support, High Speed Training)
