“The course is good but for my role I don't need to know the name of specific acts or if something is 'protected' or not. I just need to understand when it's discrimination and the need to treat everyone fairly, so some of the questions in the assessment were unnecessary and perhaps far too detailed for many people who will do this course. You could perhaps have separate questions for someone who needs this for a role in HR or management.”
