“Very good course which give you a broad idea of all the protected characteristics. All these characteristics can at times be touchy subjects to discuss & people are sometimes scared to talk about them in case they say the wrong thing unintentionally, which could either get them into trouble or offend someone. This course helps you with these issues & also points you in the right direction on how to deal with them, either by yourself or seeking guidance from othrs.”
