“I totally understand the requirement of this course for a food handler however being forced to do this course for a engineer attending a site to carry out some repairs on a building 90 percent of this course is completely irrelevant to my work, I have lost 3 hours of personal un paid time to complete what should have been a more tailored sub 1 hour course in only the revelant issues I may come into contact with.”
