“i'm not native language and some questions are not clear for example that one about chilling the chicken. is not clear what is the. question about timing for chilling, it start from " you are cooking a chicken and plan to cooking later..." missing information about where it was the chicken before? not in the fridge? it was outside? it was delivered?”

“Very informative course. One negative is though. A question states "What temperature should the water be when washing your hands?" Instead of stating temperatures or ranges, it gives answers such as "lukewarm", "boiling" and bath water.”
