“Information provided was extensive. People learn in different ways. For example by listening, reading etc. I personally learn by writing notes while I listen. I felt that there wasn't a great deal of time to take notes due to the amount of information being provided. As an experienced trainer I would always give handouts to each trainee. I reflect on the information given and it quite often is valuable to me at some point in the future.”
