“The content of the course was very informative and clearly spoken. The delivery’s not so much. The video clips could not be paused, rewind or fast forward for note taking. There is no student handbook pdf for reference. There was no information on how long each module would take.”

Hi Maria-Silvia, thank you for your review! I’m really happy to hear you liked the course content. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Review Course" in the "Completed Training" section, then select "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future.
