“at the start of the assessment, I was marked down for two (2) points as I was submitting my answer, I click the button many times while it hangs or establishing a connection again. It automatically went to another question without me seeing the two questions. Could we correct it, if when the button is pressed, it can only accept one press and not move to the next question without the screen changing or still in "hanged" state? Luckily, I did not commit any mistakes after that. In all, great experience and good questions. Five stars.”
