“I liked how I could turn off audio as I can read it faster than then it talks but my husband, who is also doing this course, likes the option of the audio as he can't read as well. It took me about 2 and a half hours from start to finish including all the reading and assessment etc. I was also able to print off my certificate at the end easily. Although I didn't need to, it is good that you can leave and come back to it whenever you want, including the assessment and even go back to the training within the assessment. The link I received to log in didn't work and it was quite awkward to sign in etc by going onto the main website and logging in that way instead of through the link. All 4 people who did this course I did had the same issue. The course itself was highly informative and will be very useful in my roll and in general life”
