“Towards the end of the course when it talks about documentation it mentions "concise". That would have been nice if that word could also describe this course. The material covered is very good, but there is a huge amount of repeated information, which I find causes me to find it harder to concentrate as my brain just goes "yep, you mentioned that already....what's next?" I did a safeguarding course like this several years back in germany and weirdly enough it was only 1 hr long and it contained the same amount of information and detail as this course did. I have learned nothing new in this course. Personally, I believe having it more concise will keep people more engaged and help retain the information.”
